Is it already May?
Yeah … May 1st is already here! Amazingly how time flies! Am really looking for summer to come around. At work, I am really learning to familiarize with all the programs that I need to tolerate on a daily basis. I hope to master its daily operations in no time … or am I too ambitious? Its frustrating for not being able to know exactly what to do when a situation arises!
Lesley had a busy shift as well … she was assigned to the blood bank / microbiology hospital lab all night , a 10-hour shift. She was exhausted …. and went to bed right away after breakfast. She usually has some time spent with me on some interesting topics that happened during the course of her shift. As a mom, I usually pay attention! No doubt she has done a good job last night to save a patient’s life … increasing the haemoglobin level from 4.9ml to 9.9ml via a cross-match unit. It sounds a difficult task! I would not know what that entails.
Thursday will be another busy day for us …. Bernard has been having a great time off duty since Monday and will be working again this evening … and as usual, its our normal simple life!
