a new VAIO
No more a fan of Apple, at least for now but still considering future versions ….. Its been almost 2 weeks since Lesley bought a new Sony VAIO … its the latest version and in its latest new color, metallic brown with the 16.4″ screen. Its really neat and being new, its a nice new toy! Its with the new 16.4″ screen, new metallic brown with huge memory as well. I am supposed to create the recovery disk but have not done it yet till now … will have to do it ASAP.
yippee ~ friday but no big deal!
We have plans to go out of town after the July 4th weekend … but my request for days off is still pending. Sort of disappointed though but there are now short of staff after Greg has left and I am afraid that its not going to be approved afterall. Well, have told Bernard and Lesley and we’ll probably postponed our ‘out-of-town’ trip someday again!
Friday again … and its my day off but will be working Saturday. Not much for the day and will probably be staying home and read the book entitled “Live What You Love” by Bob & Melinda Blanchard. Lesley has read the book (I think) and it shows you to stop procrastinating and instead create a passionate and fulfilling life with the author’s 5-step signature guide!

I drink coffee almost everyday … except when I am sick but still a cup of coffee is great for me anytime, anywhere! I drink an average of only a cup per day so that’s not that bad after all!

weekend is almost over
This is the Church we attend mass most of the time ~ St John’s Cathedral and its the nearest from where we live. The area around St John’s has got many beautiful churches belonging to other Christian denomination and I can say that they are all equally beautiful in its architectural design similarity.

We’re attending the 6pm live teen mass today and currently at 79F, its just a fantastic Sunday afternoon!
Lovely Saturday
I received my May 2008 issue of Marie Claire today. I thought it was a bit late as I usually receive next month’s issue during the 1st week of the current month. I read about an article on “How To Be The Boss Of You” which entails the growing popularity of working from home, giving some tips and rules for launching a home business. I thought this is something nice to read just to get an idea … but not sure if I am keen on this or maybe I am not the right person for this, at least not for now!
Today is a fantastic day as well here in the Treasure Valley ~ an ideal day for outings! The temperature is currently at 68F while I write this blog! What a lovely Saturday!
Just a quickie!
Everyone wanted a quickie so were just having it simple ~ Pizza for dinner tonight … its been a while since we last ate a really good pizza! Lesley has just called up for delivery, a large pizza with 5 toppings ~ grilled chicken, mushroom, onions, pineapple and ham! Some bread sticks to go with the pizza as well …

I bought 2 Azalea plants in 2 colors/species and 1 White Kalanchoe plant. Now that its Springs, you can find beautiful flowers sold everywhere. I just love the colors! I couldn’t leave the Nursery without buying the plant!!! I have a little corner in my living room where sunlight can penetrate through and suitable for medium sized plants as decor ~ hanging plants, Cactus, green and flowering plants. What I”ve got are all really young plants but still can add beauty to my living room. Aren’t they pretty?
